Yal Foods believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy –
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the warehouse/vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Yal Foods marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
Yal Foods does not accept cancellation requests for items which have been opened by the customer .However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
The refund process will be initiated through NEFT. And the duration for Refund will be processed with in 30 days.
Yal Foods reserves all rights to cancel any order for any reason. Orders may be cancelled for the following reasons:
1) Unavailability of the product
2) Errors in the details provided (us or customer)
3) Problems identified by Credit and Fraud Avoidance department
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
For Exchange/Refund return products must be reach us within 30 days ( days calculated from shipment delivered date). If it is take more than 30 days as per company norms cannot accept Exchange/Refund.
Note: Reverse shipment charges would be beared by customer. In exception case reverse shipment charges will be paid by us.
