This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of products purchased through our website. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms stated below.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation available payment method.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
  • You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been successfully placed and dispatched.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship orders across India.
  • Delivery to certain remote or rural areas may take longer or may not be available in some cases. You will be notified if shipping to your location is not possible.

3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your shipment status.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above 4 quantity.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹90 for orders below the free-shipping threshold.
  • Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Payment Method

  • We currently accept secure online payments via PhonePe, including UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Wallet payments.
  • All payments must be completed successfully before the order is dispatched. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

6. Order Tracking

  • After your order is shipped, a tracking ID and courier details will be sent to your registered email or phone number.
  • You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website or through the tracking link provided.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • YAL Foods will not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control, but we will assist you in resolving the issue.

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of checkout.
  • Orders returned due to an incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, or failed delivery attempts may incur additional re-shipping charges.

9. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are fulfilled and delivered only within India.
